Lamar Institute of Technology had a need for a multi-purpose center and selected SETEX Construction to build it. Unique to this project was a renovation of an existing 2-level dorm space into Dental Chair/ Training Classrooms plus Dual Event/ Conference Center and Student Patio Lounge Areas with new focal entrance for LIT south campus.
