SETEX built the City of Baytown Fire Station #5 despite 2 evacuations for tropical storm hurricanes during construction. This 10,000 SF facility designed for 150 MPH was completed in both time and budget with a detention pond, 3 fire engine bays and complete with locker / staff / kitchen & dining accommodations.
