Port Arthur ISD selected SETEX Construction to construct the Wheatley Early Childhood Center. This 60,000 SF facility consists of a full service commercial grade kitchen, stage, and Pre-K Classrooms. Although this project was interrupted by Hurricane Rita, the project was completed on time and within budget.
