SETEX Construction was selected to renovate Lamar University’s Dishman Auditorium through a Competitive Sealed Bid process. The project included structural updates, interior renovations, and exterior improvements to modernize the existing auditorium. Mechanical, electrical, and architectural upgrades were incorporated to enhance long-term adaptability, accessibility, and overall functionality — transforming the facility into a more versatile campus hub.
