SETEX Construction was selected to build a new truck queuing area and widen South Childers Road to support expanding operations at the Port of Orange. Work covered nearly 500,000 square feet and included roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, and extensive material placement to support heavy industrial traffic.
In total, the project required more than 55,000 tons of limestone and over 21,000 cubic yards of select fill, delivered under active port operations. Despite an expanded scope and increased construction cost, improvements were successfully executed through close stakeholder coordination, enhancing infrastructure that will serve the port and local transportation network for years.
