The new Eagle’s Nest facility plays a key role in shaping Lamar Institute of Technology’s evolving campus identity. Designed to complement the architecture of the nearby PATC Building, this 9,000-square-foot, single-story structure serves as a collaborative student success center — providing dedicated spaces for orientation, testing, and academic support.
As part of the same project, SETEX Construction completed renovations to the T4 and T5 buildings, adding upgraded ceilings, energy-efficient lighting, and refreshed finishes throughout. Together, these improvements elevate the learning environment and strengthen the campus infrastructure for future generations.
