SETEX Construction was selected by Lamar Institute of Technology to deliver the Petrochemical & Advanced Technology Building, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support hands-on workforce training and technical education. The project involved construction of a 40,000-square-foot, two-story building housing specialized technology laboratories, instructional spaces, and support areas.

Due to the technical nature of the facility, the project required extensive coordination of mechanical, electrical, and data systems to support advanced equipment and instructional needs. SETEX utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout pre-construction and construction to enhance coordination, precision, and long-term facility performance—resulting in a modern, high-functioning educational environment built to serve future generations of skilled professionals.
