SETEX Construction was selected to replace deteriorated roadway and drainage infrastructure along Forsythe Street in Beaumont, Texas, through a Competitive Sealed Proposal process. The work focused on improving stormwater capacity, reconstructing the roadway, and enhancing long-term performance of critical underground utilities.

Despite deep excavation requirements and complex traffic coordination, SETEX delivered the project safely, on time, and within budget — restoring vital drainage systems for the City and reducing ongoing maintenance needs.
