SETEX Construction was honored to be selected by the Texas State University System and Lamar University as the construction manager for the re-vitalization of Lamar’s Football Program after a 20-year absence.

This transformative project included a new 50,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art field house, extensive stadium renovations, new concessions, and the addition of Morgan Suites (Private Boxes). The stadium also received the largest electronic scoreboard in the Southland Conference, marking this as a signature achievement for SETEX and a cornerstone in Lamar University’s athletics resurgence.
