SETEX Construction is currently performing water and wastewater infrastructure improvements along Pine Street, focused on replacing aging underground utilities and improving system reliability. Work includes deep trench excavation, installation of new water and sewer lines, manholes, and utility structures, along with coordination in active roadway and pedestrian areas.

The project requires careful sequencing, trench safety measures, and dewatering to maintain site stability and minimize disruption to surrounding infrastructure. Upon completion, the improvements will enhance long-term service capacity, system performance, and public safety for the corridor.
