SETEX Construction Corp. was selected as the contractor for the Lamar University Science Auditorium renovation. The project involved a complete demolition and rebuild of the auditorium, transforming it into a modern lecture hall equipped with advanced audio/visual systems, upgraded electrical infrastructure, and fully integrated HVAC tied to the campus North Chiller Plant.
Renovations also included the addition of ADA-compliant restrooms, new seating for improved comfort, and comprehensive plumbing and mechanical updates. The revitalized facility now provides a high-performing learning environment that supports Lamar University’s academic growth and enhances the student experience for years to come.
