SETEX Construction served as Construction Manager at Risk for Woodville ISD’s bond-funded campus improvement program, delivering a new state-of-the-art elementary school and strategic additions to Woodville High School. The project consolidates Pre-K through 5th grade into a modern learning environment designed to improve campus safety, efficiency, and long-term functionality.

The 111,000-square-foot facility features updated classrooms, technology-ready instructional spaces, and enhanced common areas that support collaborative learning and student engagement. Comprehensive building upgrades—including advanced mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems—were incorporated to ensure long-term performance and adaptability for future educational needs.
